October 31, 2005 - The company was established in Longwan District of Wenzhou with registered capital of RMB 2 million. Core products: mid-range and high-end door locks, including knob locks, lever handles, and lock bodies.
2006
The company completed initial plant and equipment installation and launched a preliminary production line covering casting, machining, finishing, and assembly. A stable team was formed, and small-scale supply to the domestic market began.
2007 - 2009
The company has refined its lock craftsmanship and mold development capabilities. A quality control system was established. The domestic sales network has expanded across East and South China, building a strong regional reputation.
2010
The company officially entered the international market with exports to the European Union and the Middle East. It also passed an initial plant audit and met export quality standards.
2011 - 2015

Exports expanded to Japan, the USA, and other regions. The company increased R&D investment and filed its key patents for lock structure and design. A dual sales model was established, combining domestic wholesale with export orders.
2016 - 2020

The company relocated to a new factory at No. 820, Binhai Fourth Road, Binhai Industrial Park, Longwan District, Wenzhou. Production lines were fully upgraded, and complete in-house manufacturing was achieved, covering casting, machining, finishing, and assembly. Production capacity and delivery performance improved significantly, and the export ratio increased.
2017 - 2019
The company accelerated the global promotion of the "Boluosi" brand. A total of 14 patents were accumulated, covering utility models and designs. Standardized management and full-process quality control were implemented, resulting in higher customer retention.
2020
The company maintained stable production and delivery during the pandemic while optimizing the supply chain and cost control. E-commerce channels were launched for B2B export and domestic wholesale.

November 2, 2021 — The company updated its articles of association, postal code, and other business registration details. The organizational structure was adjusted to strengthen coordination among R&D, sales, and production.
